Client rights and responsibilities will be discussed with each client of agency prior to admission. Potential clients will sign that they understand and have received a copy of client's rights, agency contact information and NC DHS contact information. The business manager shall maintain a copy of the signed rights clients and resposibilies at the agency bussiness office.
